Valmoriq respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims.
1. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Work Description: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Location: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our platform
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
4. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate access to our services for users who are repeat copyright infringers. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who have been determined to be repeat infringers.
5. No Obligation to Monitor
We do not actively monitor user content for potential infringement. However, we will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and take appropriate action.
6. Content Removal
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material
- Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
7. False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. You should ensure that you have a valid claim before submitting a DMCA notice.
